Sneha And Kshitij's Campaign For Vibha
Fundraising for This Year End Let's Invest In Brighter Futures
Our journey with Vibha started in 2013, when we were still in the US. Kshitij happened to interact with Shrikanth, one of the directors of Vibha USA during a project at Oak Ridge National Labs. When Shrikanth heard that we were moving to Bangalore, he told Kshitij about Vibha. On moving here, we got in touch with the Bangalore Action Center and joined them for a visit to a school in Hosekote. Since then, both of us have been a part of Vibha Bangalore in various capacities. We have seen the dedication and hardwork of the Vibha volunteers across the world, and we believe that Vibha is making a big impact on the lives of children across India.
Last year, Vibha India started its first online campaign in which our team, with your invaluable support, raised around 42 lakhs. These funds that YOU helped raise through last year’s campaign have been disbursed to
· Sikshana /Prerana, Karnataka ( INR 18 lakhs)
· Swanirwar/Teacher Training Project, West Bengal ( INR 5 lakhs)
· Aide-et-Action, Hyderabad, Telangana ( INR 5 lakhs)
· BTS (Baikunthapur Tarun Sangha),Sunderbans, West Bengal ( INR 3.3 lakhs)
· Swanirwar/Prayaash, West Bengal ( INR 3.27 lakhs)
· Corp India Street Children Project, Mumbai, Maharashtra ( INR 1 lakhs)
Your support helps these projects work towards early childhood care, educating street children and children of migrant workers.
As we enter 2019, we call upon you to partner with us in our
journey to invest in problem-solving initiatives that help children
achieve their rightful dreams!
The goal this year is INR 50 lakhs and our personal goal is 2 lakhs. Let’s invest today to build brighter futures for India’s children!
With your support, we continue our efforts as a social catalyst and invest in solutions and ideas beyond just being a funding organization. We believe in identifying the root cause of problems and in implementing intrinsic and scalable solutions.
