My Fremont based running buddies are Amit, Aniket, Devang, Kiruthika, Kishore, Maya, Meenu, Priya.  During weekdays, 3 times a week, we run together as a group.  On Sunday, we run along with entire Bay area Vibha Striders group.

Why am I running at the Vibha event?

1. To help spread awareness of Vibha and the great work Vibha's volunteers are doing.
2. I enjoy running, it's a form of meditation for me, along with great physical exercise.
3. I get to meet great folks at Vibha - volunteers, coaches and fellow runners/striders.  In the picture above is Coach Roo (Vibha running Coach) during one of the practice runs - always full of energy, great attitude, always encouraging us to keep going, and making sure our runs are injury free.

Vibha Striders is Vibha’s premier marathon training program. We provide marathon training to new as well as experienced athletes in a close-knit family environment.
