Vibha Dallas Kite Festival 2018

Talent for a Reason is an exciting showcase of talented musicians and dancers who are invited to perform, while raising money and bringing awareness to VIBHA, at the 15th annual Kite flying festival.
The kite flying festival is a free community event and attracts over 1500 people. It is being held at the Northlake college in Irving Texas, on May 5th.
Vibha is a non profit, with focus areas of Children's health and education. It was established in 1991 in the USA and pours almost $ 600,000 annually into several carefully chosen and handpicked projects.
Since it's inception in 1991, Vibha has supported more than 250 projects in India and 10 projects in the US. As a result, Vibha has been able to reach out to and provide opportunities for over 300,000 underprivileged children. Currently, Vibha supports 30 projects in India and 7 projects in the US.
Examples of Vibha's projects: Door step school in Mumbai, which is an NGO that converts school buses into classrooms and drives to construction sites so as to provide education for migrant construction workers’ children. Sikshana in Bengaluru, works with government schools to accelerate motivation levels and parental involvement to improve scores and retention rates. Saath works with children who double up as domestic help. The list goes on and on...

Vibha's vision is to ensure every underprivileged attains quality education. Vibha educates, enables and empowers, individuals who wish to make a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children. Since our inception in 1991, Vibha has supported more than 250 projects in India and 10 projects in the US. As a result, Vibha has been able to reach out to and provide opportunities for over 2.3 million underprivileged children. Currently, Vibha supports 15 projects in India and 3 projects in the US.
