Breathe India
Fundraising for Save Lives, Save India
India is facing a Covid crisis of staggering proportions. The alarming surge in COVID-19 infections has completely overwhelmed the healthcare system of the nation, leaving many families with no medical assistance. The lockdowns are impacting the livelihoods and access to basic food supplies for millions of families. It is heart-wrenching to read about the enormous number of casualties due to lack of medical resources.
India needs the world’s help. Aid and funds have been pouring in from all parts of the world, but it still falls immensely short of the colossal need.
I am teaming up with Vibha (www.vibha.org), a global nonprofit organization and a partner we can rely on for efficient fund disbursement. Vibha has set a goal of USD$1,000,000 for immediate disbursal through their trusted non-profit partners in India, who have been making a difference in their local communities for the past 30 years, providing food and medical assistance to thousands of families in need.
Vibha will be sponsoring:
Oxygen Concentrators ($550 each)
Food and Hygiene Kit for 10 Families ($250)
Time is of essence for us to help Vibha reach affected families quickly. Every bit makes a difference, so please donate whatever possible. Please also check with your employer for company match as it could double (and in several cases triple) the impact.
We thank you for standing with us and supporting our relief efforts during these challenging times. Our hearts are with India.
