A Concert for a Cause - 2022

Hello! My name is Yajat and I am an 8th grader at the American School of Bombay (ASB).  I have been working with Vibha for almost 4 years now and I have been supporting projects in a small way. 

This year I wanted to do something really special and unique since it is my first opportunity to physically engage after 2 years of not being able to do so. 

So, I present to you: A Concert for a Cause! I combine my love for music with my passion for community service to help raise funds for the street children of Mumbai.  Vibha helps underprivileged children to get a proper education.  Vibha also helps tutor children who do not have enough money to get extra help outside of school, runs workshops for personality development, public speaking, learn board games and so on.  In addition to this, Vibha also supports shelters for children and women.  

The 2 causes that I am patterning with Vibha to raise money for are Corp-India Children's Shelter Home, and Corp-India After-School Tuition Classes. Together, these 2 causes help more than 480 underprivileged children. Some of the equipments that are needed to continue helping these children are:

• A Portable projector
• A Projector screen
• Board games
• Learning materials (books, pens, pencils, etc)
• Teaching softwares .... & many more.
