Fundraising for Vibha Striders 2021

As I was dropping my daughter at college last week, I was thinking about how blessed we are to have these opportunities. On the other hand, there are countless number of children in India who don't even have access to basic education. The situation is worse now because of all the issues caused by the pandemic. Schools have been closed on and off and children have faced so many disruptions in their education. In spite of these difficulties families and schools are working hard to help the children stay in school. I heard from my mom that the maids kids were being taught through their cell phone because they do not have access to computers and internet like our kids do.

Especially now there is a need to fund an organization like Vibha, whose mission is to create a brighter future for these children. I am embarking on an attempt to make a difference by enlisting your help in raising funds. So please join me and help me contribute to this worthy cause. I promise to give my all and pull through on my commitment.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support. I've included information about Vibha below.

Founded in 1991, today Vibha has a volunteer network of 2200 volunteers spread across 18 Action Centers across the US and India. Till date, we have supported about 250 projects in India and the US. Read more about our current projects at http://www.vibha.org/projects.

Vibha is committed to bringing together both the public and private sector to strengthen infrastructure and provide mechanisms for sustainable access to education. Through Vibha's model of seed, scale, and grow, our projects, as an example, have helped expand public education programs from 15 to 43,000 schools in one state in India. As a result, this success has now become the template to expand to other states.

We believe that moulding young minds will give them the freedom to choose a better life.

Every dollar we raise, is another massive step to helping these kids achieve their dreams.
