From Darkness to Light

Fundraising for Light up a Child’s Life this Holiday Season

Have you ever wondered:

What does the child who sells Santa caps at signals, do during the day?

How does the girl whom you see near the railway tracks pass her time?

Which dreams keep the boy sleeping behind a bus stop awake at night?

We may have thought about these things, discussed with our friends about how bad the sate of our society is, given some chocolates when they came near us or bought the things they are selling out of compassion.

But is it enough?

Are you doing the best you can do?

If your answer is yes, then I am grateful to you for doing your bit for these children who, for no fault of theirs, have no chance to even know what shooting for the moon is.

But if you feel, you have just been talking but not DOING enough, then here is your chance.

I need Rs. 30,000 to send 1 street child - not slum, but street... one who has no roof over head - to a trust run English Medium School. It is not just school admission, but scope to change her life forever... to make her capable enough to bring her whole family out of the poverty circle.

I need teachers who can come regularly and teach this child to cover the missing years of education.

I need you... your financial support and creative support to give me ideas to scale this project to the next level in the fastest duration possible.

Visit the centre, test if the child deserves the chance to good quality of education and then donate... your moeny ...your time.
