Fundraising for ATLANTA DREAM MILE 2023

To all Friends & Family,

I started volunteering for Vibha in 2016 - over the years I have been able to participate , volunteer and raise funds to support various projects being funded by Vibha. I have seen first hand the change that has been brought forward via these fundraising efforts. Personally, it has been a great to volunteer and do my part in bringing a difference in the lives of underpriviledged children. It has also been an honor to receive the pretigious Volunteer service award and be nationally recognized for my volunteering work. As Vibha works to bring better education standards to govenrment schools in India- recent successes include MOUs with governments of Delhi and Gujarat to support various initiatives to improve quality of education in government schools. I hope you can support us in raising funds to further expand and enable us to help several other states to improve education standards in government schools via donating to this  Dream mile fundraiser:

The Dream Mile (DM) is Vibha’s Flagship Run / Walk Fundraiser event, with an anticipated participation of 5000+ patrons across the world. The Dream Mile originated in 1998 in Atlanta and then quickly became a permanent fixture on the calendars of runners in various cities in USA and India. This year we are proudly celebrating the 25^th edition of Dream Mile in Atlanta on September 17^th at Collection at Forsyth, 410 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA

The funds raised through the Dream Mile go towards supporting child development projects in India and the USA – education & food security,  orphan support etc. In addition it will support local beneficiaries of the Dream Mile host cities like the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, Communities In Schools Chicago, Inspiredu and School on Wheels, Massachusetts. Over the years, the Dream Mile has supported more than 180,000 children. 

 How You Can Help 

1.     Donate to our campaign page. No amount is too small (or too big!) to donate. Your contribution goes a long way! To donate, please click on the Donate button. Check with your company if they do Matching Donations/Volunteering hours. It will double up your donation. 

2.     Create a Fundraiser. Irrespective of how you wish to contribute, rest assured that your efforts will go a long way in providing much needed education, health care, shelter and renewed hope to a child. To create your own fundraiser, Click on the Fundraise button and follow the steps to create your own campaign page.

3.     Register for The Dream Mile. Run or Walk a few miles for a million dreams. You can register at https://dreammile.org/
