Fundraising for KFF 2024 for Vibha Boston

Dear Friends: 

In alignment with the UN Global Goal for Gender Equality, I am launching this fundraising campaign to support girls' education.

Education is a fundamental right and a powerful tool for empowerment, yet millions of girls around the world are denied this opportunity due to various barriers. The average female literacy rate throughout the world is 79.9%, while for men it is 89.2%. India lingers behind at 62.3% for women compared to 80% for men.

Through this campaign, I hope to raise $100 to support one public school providing high-quality public education to at least 200 children.

Here’s how you can help me with this goal.

Vibha's vision is to ensure every underprivileged attains quality education. Vibha educates, enables and empowers, individuals who wish to make a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children. Since our inception in 1991, Vibha has supported more than 250 projects in India and 10 projects in the US. As a result, Vibha has been able to reach out to and provide opportunities for over 2.3 million underprivileged children. Currently, Vibha supports 15 projects in India and 3 projects in the US.
